A tastefully decorated home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it is ideal for families and groups of friends. 

 
Villa Suzanna is a spacious single-story villa in traditional Caribbean style - with mahogany louvred windows, vaulted ceilings and terracotta tiled floors. The predominant colors throughout are blue and white with a stylish contemporary mix of Indonesian, Indian and local rattan furnishings. There are carefully chosen pictures, baskets of shells, hurricane lamps, maps and other decorative touches which enhance the Caribbean 'beach house' feel. 

 
The large sitting room has 4 floor-to-ceiling windows, white cotton slip-covered armchair sofas and ottoman, and double doors leading to the gazebo and rear garden. 

 
The large master bedroom with king-sized bed, opens directly onto the garden and swimming pool. There is a walk-in closet and brand new bathroom with walk –in shower and separate tub. There are 2 additional bedrooms, one with a pencil-post double bed, the other with twin beds which share a bathroom with shower – also newly renovated. Also available are 2 extra twin beds which can be placed into any of the 3 bedrooms, giving family accommodation or dorm-style for young people.

The kitchen is small but well-equipped with fridge-freezer, stove with 4 gas burners, dishwasher and microwave oven.  There is a separate laundry room with automatic washing machine. There are ceiling fans throughout the villa and the 3 bedrooms have airconditioning too. There is cable TV and wi-fi internet.   

There is a delightful gazebo overlooking the pool and gardens, furnished comfortably as an outdoor 'living room'. The dining table is also situated here and there is a ceiling fan.

The garden is very large with extensive lawns and affords privacy with beautiful palms and other mature plantings. A gate and path from the rear garden lead to the beach walkway and the sea is visible the moment one steps outside.  The 3 private beaches of the Sea Horse Ranch gated community, and beach club are a 2-minute walk from the property.  

 
The attractive free-form pool has a surrounding terrace with loungers and outdoor shower. There is also a charcoal barbecue.  

 
Included in the price are all household linens and towels and the services of a maid, and a small welcome-basket of groceries on the day of arrival. The pool and grounds are maintained by the gardener.  

 
Also included is 1 roundtrip airport transfer per booking, when flying into Puerto Plata (POP) airport.
